Physical Therapy Assistant

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in South Hamilton, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryAs a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of a registered physical therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence. You will collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Teach patients and caregivers about physical therapy techniques and exercises
- Two years of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
