Physical Therapy Assistant

Mass General Brigham Home Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients in their place of residence. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work under the direction of a registered physical therapist to deliver physical therapy services to patients with physical impairments resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other causes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence, including application of standard treatment procedures and teaching patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with patients, family, physician, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Two years of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Ability to travel within Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home's geographic area.
