Branch Manager

Overview

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch organization in Talladega, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities.
• Coaches team to confidently engage with customers in technology-enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice-oriented consultation that improves client financial well-being.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, exercising leadership, authority, and sound decision-making to mitigate sales practice risk.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
