Branch Manager

Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch organization in Talladega, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners to drive business growth.
• Manage and coach a high-performing team to deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and drive results.
