We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive our platform's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and platform growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, public relations, and advertising.
  • OTT Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the OTT streaming industry to position our platform as a key player in the space, attracting both creators and viewers.
  • Brand Development: Elevate our brand by crafting creative campaigns and positioning the platform as the go-to destination for independent filmmakers.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with the executive team to align marketing efforts with broader company goals and strategic initiatives, while managing and mentoring the marketing team.
  • Partnerships and Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Market Research and Insights: Use industry trends and audience data to refine strategies and optimize marketing performance.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven OTT Experience: Strong background in marketing within the OTT streaming space is preferred.
  • Film/TV Marketing Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in marketing within the film or TV industry, with a history of executing successful campaigns.
  • Campaign Success: Demonstrated success in running high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing vendor relationships to achieve marketing goals, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
