Our two-level space features a 30-foot diagonal high-definition LED TV showcasing top sports events year-round, along with interactive games like skeeball, table tennis, shuffle puck, air hockey, and a golf simulator. Our menu offers a diverse selection of shareable dishes, cold beer, and a well-crafted cocktail menu.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate wait times and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure fast and courteous service.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Anticipate the needs of scheduled special parties and provide personalized service.
  • Perform occasional bussing of tables to expedite efficient seating of waiting guests.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in customer service and/or hosting.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties in a professional manner.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to read, review, and understand seating charts.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
  • Capacity to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely and efficiently move about the facility.
