About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our survey projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage survey teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and supervise survey field crews to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Oversee the preparation of survey deliverables, including reports, maps, and other documentation
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of survey data and results
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in one or more states
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Survey Technology or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive survey experience in the field and office environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team supervision and project management
  • Strong technical skills in surveying, including proficiency in survey software and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel as needed
