Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to our diverse patient population.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in a dynamic team environment, providing evidence-based ambulatory care nursing interventions during clinical visits, telephone encounters, and electronic communications. You will participate in the development and implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care, identifying strategies tailored to achieve expected outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient-centered history and collect vital signs
  • Administer medications and immunizations
  • Collect specimens
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve expected outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited licensed practical school of nursing
  • MA LPN licensure required
  • Maintains current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support certification
  • Spoken and written fluency in English required
  • Ability to speak a second language preferred
