Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing escrow services for commercial transactions, facilitating real estate transactions, and delivering a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish new commercial escrow accounts and process escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Act as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during a real estate sale, managing funds and processing real estate transactions
  • Understand how your team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
  • Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through your work
  • Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently
  • Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures
  • Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
  • Work under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
