Job Opportunity:

Stefanini Group is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer - Network to join their global team. As a key member of the network team, you will be responsible for developing, operating, and enhancing IT infrastructure services, including hosting, storage, database, on-prem and cloud network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve network incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and components
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk and other Group IT competence teams to ensure efficient and effective ways of working
  • Operate and maintain reliable, secure, sustainable, and efficient network services
  • Support lifecycle management regarding services, software, and hardware
  • Design, plan, and implement new network services
  • Encourage the adoption of automation
  • Participate in on-call rotation


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
5+ years of experience working with troubleshooting, security awareness, and network operations
3+ years of experience with traffic management: routing, access control, network segmentation
2+ years of experience with Cisco enterprise hardware: wireless, switches, routers
Experience with Fortigate and Cisco firewalls
Strong written and verbal communications skills
