Job Title: Cage Cashier

Job Summary:
The Cage Cashier is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external guests. This role involves performing cash transactions, Caesars Rewards transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of cash handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process cash transactions, including cashing tickets, chips, and providing correct change.
  • Accurately count and record assigned funds, making exchanges throughout the shift as needed.
  • Maintain a balanced and secure cash drawer, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Verify and document personal identification information for checks and cash advance transactions.
  • Comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations, including Title 31 compliance.
  • Issue players cards for new and existing accounts, explaining benefits and perks associated with Caesars Rewards.
  • Provide guests with information on events and promotions at Isle of Capri Casino Hotel Boonville.
  • Complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
  • Act in ways that surprise and delight our guests, leaving them with positive feelings about our property and establishing/maintaining relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
