Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Technician Apprentice to join our team in a two-year training program. As a Technician Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn the skills and knowledge needed to become a certified diesel mechanic. You'll participate in hands-on training, mentorship, and virtual instructor-led technical content to develop your skills and advance your career.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems
  • Inspect and maintain wheel end assemblies, air systems, and hydraulic systems
  • Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship programs
  • Develop skills and knowledge in leadership, life skills, and wellness

Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to the assigned location throughout the United States upon successful completion of the program
