Job Title: Sales and Revenue Manager

Role Overview:

The Sales and Revenue Manager is responsible for ensuring the dealership meets its sales targets and gross objectives. They will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through the sale of finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations.
  • Determine forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
  • Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
  • Sell Extended Warranties and aftermarket items.
  • Establish relationships with finance sources.
  • Submit paperwork to obtain approval from finance sources.
  • Meet with salespeople to review results and plan action.
  • Conduct sales meetings.
  • Facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager.
  • Provide on-the-job training for salespeople.
  • Handle rate quotations.
  • Verify paperwork for correct information.
Salary:

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read and comprehend instructions.
  • Degree or commensurate experience in finance.
  • Knowledge of dealership procedures.
  • Previous professional sales experience.
  • Computer knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
