Sales/Member Experience Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales/Member Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our workout program
- Work at our front desk, answering phones, handling membership sales, and responding to member inquiries
- Provide studio tours and guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout experience
- Sell memberships to help drive studio growth and revenue
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Handle member concerns and issues in a professional and objective manner, always striving for resolution
- Participate in marketing events and activities to promote our brand and services
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a talent for promoting products and services
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic, with a genuine enthusiasm for fitness and wellness
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
