Construction Site Manager

A skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager is required to lead our field operations team at Fairway Construction, Inc. in the Texas Region.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
This role involves overseeing all construction operations, including field management and supervising project superintendents and field staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple teams, leading by example, and driving safety standards on site.

We provide construction services for affordable housing communities, skilled nursing care centers, market-rate apartment communities, and other development projects. Our mission is to develop, build, and manage quality affordable housing where our families would be proud to live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage field leaders, project superintendents, and field staff
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate labor assignments, project schedules, and quality control measures
- Implement and oversee company training programs for field personnel
- Manage company equipment, tools, and office supplies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in construction management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred
- Multi-family and stick-built construction experience required
