About the Role

This Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Lead position is a critical component of our site operations at American Air Filter International. As HSE Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the site adheres to all relevant regulations, develops and implements effective EHS programs, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental science. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing EHS teams, developing training programs, and conducting risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize operational efficiency
  • Provide EHS training and coaching to site personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with site leadership to establish sustainability objectives, targets, and KPIs
  • Foster a positive EHS culture by engaging employees through recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
