The Brokerage Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional internal and external customer support for our brokerage team. This position is responsible for proactively overseeing, coordinating, and generating essential reports for various accounts, thereby facilitating our commitment to providing industry-leading supply chain solutions to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate information regarding all services offered.
  • Assist in developing customer solutions and monitoring shipment details.
  • Provide timely updates to all stakeholders regarding service options and asset allocation.
  • Maintain open communication lines with both internal and external partners.
  • Utilize multiple software applications to support stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to identify stakeholder opportunities.
  • Communicate pickup and delivery orders to partner carriers.
  • Collect proof of delivery and relevant shipment documentation.
