Overview:

Ebenezer offers a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $16.27 - $22 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are seeking a Cleanliness Specialist to provide a clean, safe and odor free environment for residents, staff and visitors at our Senior Living community in Deephaven, MN. This position involves cleaning public areas of the building as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surfaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, cleans all glass windows/mirrors
  • Assists in cleaning emergency spills as needed
  • Assumes other responsibilities as assigned
  • Safely performs housekeeping tasks, such as the proper way to bend, push, pull and lift
  • Maintains housekeeping cart and storage area

Qualifications:

  • No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and staff
