About the Role:

Ebenezer is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Professional to join our Senior Living team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floor surfaces, dusting and/or damp wiping surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning all glass windows/mirrors.
  • Emergency Response: Assist in cleaning emergency spills as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assume other responsibilities as assigned, including safely performing housekeeping tasks and maintaining housekeeping carts and storage areas.

Requirements:

  • No Experience Required: While previous experience is not necessary, we prefer candidates with work experience in a customer service setting.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, proficiency, teamwork, and a positive demeanor.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and staff.
