Job Description

The Project Management Coordinator provides critical administrative support to project teams at Webcor. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage project startup and closeout tasks, including office mobilization and demobilization
  2. Develop and implement document control and archiving procedures, ensuring compliance with Webcor's Best Practices
  3. Collaborate with project managers to ensure regulatory compliances are met, including insurance and preliminary notices
  4. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project-specific requirements
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Two years' work experience in construction or accounting
  • Prior experience in document control on public works projects, including performing certified payroll, is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
