BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress and care activities accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
