We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and provide personalized care to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed about their care.
  • Document client progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes.
