Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
  • Developing individualized care plans to address these needs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining current clinical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • A valid RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or a Compact State
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care settings
  • BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months and 1 year of hire, respectively
Compensation and Benefits
