Clinical Coach

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a talented Clinical Coach and Educator to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in the development and growth of new nurses, guiding them from novice to fully competent professionals in their area of specialty.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a CCNE-accredited school. Maryland Board of Nursing registration or Compact State licensure is also required, along with American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Makes daily rounds on orientees' patients to provide guidance and support
• C coaches and encourages critical thinking of orientees, helping them develop into skilled professionals
• Guides clinical discussions focused on patient care, ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented
• Uses evidence-based practice as the basis for decision-making, teaching, and patient care decisions
• Coordinates orientees' schedules to ensure they can attend classes, testing, competency validation, and other orientation events
• Participates in orientee meetings and provides feedback to both orientees and unit leadership
