About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our customers in their foreign exchange needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Becoming a travel money ambassador, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Tailoring customer experiences based on their destination
  • Processing daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
