Job Summary

The Imaging Services Scheduler/Receptionist is the primary point of contact for patients, responsible for scheduling imaging exams and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong multitasking skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to expertly triage a wide range of questions and requests from patients, providers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule imaging exams and coordinate patient appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and other departments
  • Triage a wide range of questions and requests, utilizing strong problem-solving skills
  • Utilize computer systems, including EPIC, to manage patient information and scheduling
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Superior customer service skills, multitasking skills, and computer/data entry skills
  • Experience with EPIC or other electronic medical records preferred
  • Two years of healthcare experience, radiology experience a plus
