Structural Designer

We are seeking a skilled Structural Designer to join our team at Spark Packaging. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and effective display solutions for our clients in the POP and retail markets.

• Conceptualize and design structural solutions for display and retail applications
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Develop fully finished CAD designs for display delivery to customers
• Work closely with production and fulfillment teams to optimize project efficiency
• Provide recommendations to maximize sales, product quality, and customer satisfaction
• Support team members with mockups, sample cutting, and general lab duties
• Accompany sales representatives on presentations to customers and prospects
• Provide support with production art when needed

• High school diploma and 5+ years of experience in corrugated design, or an associate's or bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience
• 1+ year of experience working with ArtiosCAD
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to connect 2D and 3D designs
