Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Research Psychiatric Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, and supervise non-licensed nursing staff.
  • Participate in treatment team conferences to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and revise care plans as needed.
  • Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current State of practice RN licensure required within 90 days of graduation or active license.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • BLS certification required upon hire.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, with a minimum of one year in inpatient psychiatric care.
