Critical Care Transport Nurse Job Description

As a Critical Care Transport Nurse at Jefferson Health, you will provide high-quality patient care during inter-facility and emergency transports. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of patients, while also providing exceptional care and compassion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care during transports, including administering medications and performing procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during transports.
  • Participate in reviewing and implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.

Qualifications:

  • BSN degree
  • Pennsylvania RN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • 3 years of Emergency Department or ICU experience
