Requirements
  • Experience and Background
    • Bachelor's degree, ideally an MBA, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum five years' experience in professional services, management consulting, organizational development and/or leadership development
    • Experience in a client-facing role that involved developing new and existing client relationships, as well as project leadership and engagement management

    What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $110,000, based on experience and education, and a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50% of the time when you're not traveling. On average, you'll travel 30-50% of the time, occasionally more than 50%, occasionally less than 30%.
