- Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction activities are being carried out in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including experience with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction crews.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction-related issues.
