Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our North America Sales Utility Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers within the North American and Canada Utility, LNG, and Transport sector.
Responsibilities and Impact:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Utility sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide market insights and data to support sales efforts and drive business growth.
We are seeking a sales professional with a proven track record of managing complex accounts in the commodity or utility market segment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the energy market segment and excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills.
Basic Required Qualifications:- Degree with minimum three to five years of successful sales experience managing major or complex accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Competent with systems, including Salesforce or equivalent CRM, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Degree and/or other business discipline/training.
- Strong knowledge of Power, Natural Gas, LNG commodity markets.
This role is eligible for an annual sales commission plan, and the final base salary will be based on the individual's geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
