Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician II - Cleanroom to join our team at Quality Tech Services, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging medical devices in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and package medical devices and components in a cleanroom environment
  • Perform cleaning and passivation tasks as required
  • Operate tray, band, and impulse sealers
  • Conduct various types of testing on device packaging
  • Ensure proper documentation and material transactions in our ERP system
  • Work with chemicals and equipment in accordance with QTS procedures
  • Participate in the Operational Excellence Program
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English language proficiency (reading, listening, and writing)
  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment and with chemicals as needed
  • Math skills required for manufacturing procedures
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Methodologies
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cleaning and passivation experience
  • Cleanroom practices and gowning
  • At least 6 months of labeling systems experience
