Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Rehab Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • At least 6 months of medical or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
