Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Rehab Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
- At least 6 months of medical or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
