Primary Care Physician Leader

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician Leader to join our experienced team in Orlando, Florida.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two to five years of experience directly applicable to this role, with knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $190,000, with opportunities for professional development and bonus incentives.
Responsibilities- Lead the Care Team through daily huddles and provide medical expertise.
- See 10-14 patients per day, with longer authorized appointments (45 minutes).
- Manage a panel of Medicare Advantage patients with a focus on coordinated care and value-based relationships.
This is a full-time opportunity with a guaranteed base salary, paid time off, holidays, and minimal call.
