Job Overview: Absolute Elder Care is a geriatric-focused Mobile Physician Group that provides Primary Care Services to patients in Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Private Residences across Central and North Central Florida.
About the Role: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team to provide in-person visits to residents of assisted living facilities in the WINTER PARK/WINTER GARDEN/OVEIDO/CLERMONT area. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with call rotation.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with our support staff to ensure patient needs are met timely to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life, Participate in weekly web meetings (via TEAMS) for physicians and advanced practice providers, Complete documentation and billing in eClinical Works in accordance with Medicare and practice standards.
Requirements: 3-5 years experience in geriatrics preferred but not required, Unencumbered Florida Nurse Practitioner license, DEA License, Experience with eClinical Works EHR platform preferred.
