Family Law Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Charlotte. As a Family Law Attorney, you will handle a variety of family-related legal issues, including child custody, child support, separation, adoptions, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal support and representation to clients dealing with family-related issues.
  • Conduct thorough case investigations, legal research, and analysis to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
  • Provide compassionate, empathetic, and professional legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation, court rulings, and industry trends to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being and success.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the delivery of top-notch legal services.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar of North Carolina and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as an Attorney, ideally with some family law experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, paid maternity and paternity leave, and a hybrid schedule.
