Dietitian Specialist

The Ventura County Health Care Agency is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian II/III to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing nutrition care and education to patients.

This role involves conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments, developing personalized nutrition plans, and educating patients on healthy eating habits. • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments of patients
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
• Provide education and counseling to patients on healthy eating habits
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
