Imaging Specialist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is currently seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a travel position in Douglas, Georgia. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a talented team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To operate diagnostic imaging equipment such as ultrasound machines to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis
- To ensure accurate and timely preparation of patients for procedures
- To maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies are essential for success in this role.
Estimated Salary Breakdown:
- $2206-$2366 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week)
- $960-$1120 per week in taxable income
- $24-$28 per hour (estimated hourly rate may vary depending on shift length)
- $1246 non-taxable stipend per week (subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments)
To be considered for this position, applicants must have ARMDs or CCI certification, CPR/BLS certification, and experience working as an Ultrasound Technologist. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of sonography principles and practices.
