Job Overview

Position Summary:

A skilled Forklift Operator II is required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment at the Fort Worth facility. The ideal candidate will be trained in multiple functional areas and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staging orders - accurately complete order selection and staging following proper procedures, including use of the RF System, documentation, and product selection.
  • Loading trucks - load customer orders correctly onto trucks, following safety protocols, equipment inspections, and documentation processes.
  • Receiving - handle packaging, ingredients, and finished goods reception, storage, quality assurance, computer entry, and documentation.
  • Production Support - assist in Finished Goods production by moving products from production lines to warehouse locations, ensuring proper scanning processes.
  • Troubleshooting - capable of resolving inventory issues, handling defective materials, and making necessary location adjustments.
  • Warehouse Safety knowledge - demonstrate a full understanding of safety operations such as battery changing, pallet exchanging, and vehicle inspections.
  • Production Support - Deck Supply - support manufacturing decks by issuing ingredients and maintaining proper storage procedures.
  • FSMA Compliance
Requirements:
  • High School graduate with experience relevant to the responsibilities listed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of stand-up forklift experience and ability to pass required forklift certification.
  • Strong Math Skills, proficiency in operating RF computer, desktop computer, and calculator.
  • Effective reading, writing, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive safety knowledge for the listed duties.
