Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load inventory efficiently.
  • Document any shipping damages thoroughly, including photographs and necessary parts for repairs, and communicate these to the Service Advisor or Service Manager.
  • Assemble powersports vehicles following the manufacturer's checklist.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workshop at the start of each day and after completing each task.
  • Prepare units for delivery.
  • Check fluid levels, tire pressure, and make necessary adjustments on all vehicles.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and oil changes as required.
  • Change and install tires.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by management and senior technicians.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from MMI or relevant hands-on experience with basic maintenance on motorcycles or automobiles is highly preferred.
  • Ability to maneuver large, heavy motorcycles, some weighing up to 850 pounds.
  • Must possess a clean driving record.
  • Team-oriented, capable of collaborating effectively with managers, technicians, and customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for the majority of the workday.
  • Hands-on experience in a powersports dealership performing basic maintenance and vehicle assembly is preferred.
  • Motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
  • Availability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including weekends.
