Labor One Staffing is actively seeking candidates for the following role:

Position: General Labor – Shipyard

Location: South Carolina.

The Junior Shipyard Worker will be responsible for various general labor tasks to support maritime operations.

The role includes performing physical labor such as loading, unloading, lifting, and relocating materials. Responsibilities may also involve fire watch duties at onshore sites, onboard vessels, and other marine environments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Potential use of mechanical tools.
  • Working in confined spaces as required.
  • Working at heights when necessary.
  • Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift.
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in and around marine vessels.
