Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Emerald Health & Rehab Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Follow established health, sanitary, and infection control policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties
