Job Summary

The Culinary Specialist at Abby's Pizza is responsible for efficiently producing high-quality menu items while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of company standards, specifications, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to meet company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to every guest
  • Understand and follow ticket procedures and chart measurements
  • Perform oven tending, cutting, and redressing procedures
  • Prepare and cook chicken and other menu items
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Work effectively in high-volume situations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and understand ticket procedures and chart measurements
  • Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
