As a Pharmaceutical Tablet Production Specialist, you will be pivotal in maintaining the accuracy and quality of our tablet manufacturing operations. Your role will involve overseeing production processes, conducting detailed quality assessments, and providing essential training to uphold our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage powder dispensing, recording, and review processes to ensure precise quantities.
- Oversee infusion, blending, compression, and coating operations to meet rigorous standards.
- Operate machinery in accordance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining exceptional quality and compliance.
- Conduct thorough in-process inspections on all products at specified intervals to ensure superior quality.
- Maintain machinery and auxiliary equipment through disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly, ensuring adherence to all regulations.
- Lead training sessions for new operators, covering essential procedures, policies, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain a smooth production flow.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a machine operator, ideally in a related field.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your skills specific to our tablet manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including weekends, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with a keen attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Capability to operate a Box Truck with company equipment as necessary.
- A valid US Driver's License is mandatory for employment.
