Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our team at Ajulia Executive Search. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical assistance to the maintenance team during shifts, addressing equipment issues and relaying updates to management.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and GMPs while managing controls instrumentation, including calibration and integration of devices.
  • System Maintenance
    • Utilize troubleshooting expertise across various systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC) to support production and maintain plant operations.
    • Oversee PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation, contributing to plant projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Conduct root-cause analyses, maintain control systems, support audits, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure smooth product transitions and equipment reliability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • Industrial maintenance experience in an automated environment
