Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for the Maintenance Team during assigned shifts, promptly resolving equipment malfunctions and communicating technical updates to management.
  • Follow safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while overseeing control instrumentation, including the calibration and integration of devices such as valves and transmitters.
  • Employ troubleshooting skills across multiple systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC) to support production efforts and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Manage Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and instrumentation, contributing to plant initiatives and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, maintain control systems, assist with audits, and execute preventative maintenance to guarantee seamless product transitions and equipment dependability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within an automated setting.
