Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom In-Building Deployment Specialist to join our team at Vedanta Telecom LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless construction management, with experience in deploying telecommunications equipment in-building. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of in-building deployments, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the suitability of venues for in-building deployments.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or telecommunications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in wireless construction management, with a focus on in-building deployments.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
