Job Overview
At Build Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our community development program, you will work closely with youth and families in Chicago's West Side to provide mental health support and services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a dynamic and respected organization.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and be licensed (LCSW/LCPC). With at least 3 years of experience working with inner-city youth, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Spanish. Additionally, you will be highly organized and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health services to participants through a holistic and trauma-informed lens.
  • Establish treatment plans, review case progress, and determine case closure under the supervision of the assigned program manager.
  • Makes referrals in accordance with service plans to other organization units and external providers.
