Job Summary:

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, and be licensed or working towards licensure. A strong background in trauma-informed care, clinical experience working with children, and excellent writing skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for working with diverse communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct trauma assessments using a unique assessment model
  • Review documentation and conduct collateral calls
  • Develop and implement assessment protocols
  • Write and review reports
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Licensed or working towards licensure
  • Strong background in trauma-informed care
  • Clinical experience working with children
  • Excellent writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of and background in trauma-informed care

  • Experience conducting trauma assessments
  • Strong team player
  • Possess a working knowledge of systems theories
  • Spanish language fluency
